| Hi, my name is Jody. I am the owner of Bearytiny. I live in central Alberta with my husband, my daughter and our beloved pets. I have been working with animals my entire life. I am a member in good standing with the Canadian Kennel Club since 1990. I breed and show french bulldogs on a very small scale. I only have one to two litters of frenchies a year if everything works out like it is supposed to. I have worked in the dog food industry, I have worked as an animal control officer. I am a certified pet groomer. I had and ran a professional grooming buisness for about 16 years. When I started breeding I began by breeding poms, but due to the fact I didnt have my own male and only had two girls I decided to go with Chihuahuas which I bred from 1991-2005 ish....I still belong to the toy breed club of alberta, I also belong to a grey hound rescue, at one time I was very active in greyhound rescue. I do as much rescue as I can and I try to work with the different rescue organizations across the province. As a breeder I believe I have a responsibility not only to my own puppies who leave my home but to the dogs who are in need of homes out there. No Breeder should feel good about breeding if they are not doing something to help combat this growing problem. I currently own two rescued cats and a rescued mutt whom we love dearly. My goal is to be the kind of breeder you can feel safe and proud to buy a dog from. I want to stand behind my dogs and beside my buyers to provide you with the healthiest, happiest, most beautiful puppy I can.
